Mix ground pork with soy sauce, cornstarch, minced ginger, and a pinch of salt; stir in one direction and marinate 15 minutes.
Slice off the top of each tomato, scoop out some flesh with a spoon, and mix the scooped flesh into the pork.
Fill the tomatoes with the pork mixture, press gently, and replace the tomato lids.
Place tomatoes in a steamer once the water boils; steam over medium heat for 15 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Drizzle a few drops of sesame oil over the top and serve.
