Chop ribs into small pieces, blanch in cold water, skim the foam, then remove and rinse.
Gently rinse the cordyceps flower, red dates, and wolfberries with clean water.
Add water to a clay pot with the ribs, ginger, and red dates; bring to a boil and skim the foam.
Simmer on low for 50 minutes, then add cordyceps flower and wolfberries and simmer 15 more minutes.
Season with salt and serve.
